The Phoenix Hall is a modern building with three meeting rooms available for hire.

The lower room can accommodate up to 80 people seated in theatre style.

The upper room can accommodate up to 40 people in theatre style.

Both lower and upper rooms have access to audio/visual presentation facilities consisting of projector, screen and sound facilities with internet connection either via a cable or wirelessly.

The lower and upper rooms can be interlinked so a presentation showing in the lower room can be relayed to the upper room at the same time. Separate presentations can also run simultaneously in both rooms.

There are coffee/tea making facilities in both large rooms, with the opportunity to utilise the kitchen downstairs but hirers must bring their own ingredients.

For the use of those with mobility issues, there is a lift from the ground floor to the 1st  floor and toilet facilities for all on the ground floor.
